Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in profit loss management, business development, strategic planning, and project management. Background in the calibration field is a plus. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online and knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2017 Standard.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with senior management to set company goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee implementation of all ISO certifications and requirements
- Quote, Schedule and coordinate field service
-Steer financial growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude is a must
-Knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001: 2017 standard
-Proven experience in profit loss management and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strategic planning abilities to set long-term goals and objectives
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
- Experience in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Sales acumen to drive revenue growth
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online
- Calibration experience is a plus but not required
