Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manufacturing Recruiter
Location: Wilmington, DE 19805
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
Facilitate timely and comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers to refine role requirements and potential sourcing pools.
Compose persuasive and informative job postings that showcase the unique aspects of job opportunities and attract qualified candidates.
Formulate effective strategies to promote diversity in candidate sourcing.
Provide frequent updates to hiring managers and collaborate with HR partners.
Screen candidate applications and propose recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage candidates through the integration of pre-employment assessments as needed.
Establish and develop strong relationships with hiring managers, promoting industry best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Participate in other recruitment-related assignments or activities as directed.
Adhere to all employment laws and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Strong professional presence, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and solving problems.
Demonstrated use of consulting skills in the delivery of recruitment services.
Curiosity and passion for innovation, exploring new tools and methods.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday Recruit (ATS system).
Proficiency in using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Key Experience Required
Prior experience recruiting for hourly/non-exempt manufacturing roles, such as operators, mechanics, materials handlers, maintenance, laboratory technicians, etc. (IT Recruiters will not be considered).
