The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Corporate FP&A. The successful candidate will be a key player in defining the financial strategy, leading the financial planning process, and providing crucial support for corporate decision-making. This role involves spearheading the development of annual and long-range strategic plans, driving the quarterly forecasting process, and creating financial models to guide resource allocation. The Executive Director will also be responsible for in-depth financial analysis, reporting to executive management and the board of directors, and collaborating with Investor Relations. In addition, the role includes leading M&A due diligence, capital allocation, investment analysis, and offering financial insights for strategic planning.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor a team, and a strategic mindset are essential. The role requires a professional with excellent communication and presentation abilities, a results-oriented approach, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, a trusted advisor in financial matters, and will embody the values of the company, including a commitment to putting patients first and a dedication to scientific and ethical excellence.
