Manager, Corporate FP&A

About the Role:
Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our finance organization. This role will be reporting to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A. As the Finance Manager, you will own and be responsible for owning and reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial forecasts & reporting outcomes. This role is critical to producing accurate financial reporting and driving C-suite strategic decisions.
You Will:
Own the monthly forecasting process and partner with our Marketing and Operations Finance organizations.
Deliver weekly quarterly pacing financials for distribution at the C-suite level.
Own monthly financial reporting packages, reviewed with CEO and staff, to highlight performance versus forecast and drive alignment across broader company priorities.
Lead all financial annual operating plan activities in coordination with the broader strategic finance team and relevant stakeholders.
Create financial models and reporting that distill complex information into actionable business insights
Act as a trusted advisor to the VP, FP&A, and CFO to perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors.
Own the validation and population of the core Board of Directors financial content
Operate as the go-to partner for our IR team to support external metrics validation and reporting.
You Have:
B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting
1+ years of management experience
Experience in technology or at a high-growth start-up/company is preferred but not required
Experience with online subscription businesses and FP&A activities is a plus
Experience in Google Sheets and love the challenge of bringing structure to complex unstructured problems
Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Execute requests into finished deliverables with minimal direction required

Capability to develop sound frameworks and complex models from scratch
The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must. Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
