As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities to support our sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

Utilize various lead generation techniques including email outreach, social media, and networking to identify and qualify potential leads through Linkedin Navigator and Zoominfo

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies through Hubspot

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to support sales targets.

Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.

Track and report on lead generation activities, including lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the IT industry, knowledge of a Hubspot and Linkedin Navigator, Zoominfo and other leadgeneration services

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, such as Hubspot, Autotask and other lead generation tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Experience in email marketing (or campaign management)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with B2B lead generation in the IT sector.

Knowledge of IT products and services.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.

Certification in sales or lead generation.
