Role Description:
Administrative support for a team of bankers including one MD, Officers and junior bankers
Schedule and maintain a detailed calendar of daily meetings for Managing Director and Officers' This includes using sound judgment about the priority of meetings, obtaining needed information/agenda/background for each meeting, and ensuring the smooth flow of time in the bankers' daily schedule
Travel arrangements: coordination of flights, tickets, FX, accommodation, and ground transportation
Expense processing in accordance with Nomura's policy
Project administration: correspondence with client parties, creating and maintaining working group lists, project filing and archiving
Respond tactfully and thoughtfully to clients
Work collaboratively in a team environment, continually addressing ongoing and new issues and effectively prioritizing the bankers' time
Arrange conference calls, video conferences and initiate calls as needed
Manage client contacts for Managing Directors and Officers
Effectively communicate across all levels/functions both internally and externally
Telephone duties including taking of comprehensive messages and screening calls where appropriate
Entering data into SalesForce on bankers' behalf
Providing absence coverage to other team members as required
Assisting in on-boarding of new team members
Office management support around ordering supplies, funnelling tech issues and coordinating with IT.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
