As Affinity and the sales team continues to expand and grow, we are now in need of an additional Sales Manager to catapult our growth into other verticals and manage our top-performing AEs. **The Role**

This individual will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing sales reps, hiring more reps to expand the team, assisting in sales planning, while working closely with the VP of Sales in creating the playbook to advance the sales organization to the next level. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and will require deep collaboration with Sales reps, fellow Sales Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success.

**Qualifications**

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience selling into the Investment Banking vertical

* 5+ years of sales experience selling SaaS products

* 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience

* Strong technical acumen to confidently speak to our full solution- including custom API integrations, commercial negotiations, and executive presentations

* Expertise in CRM and modern sales tools and methodologies

* Solid track record of success working with other departments in a startup poised for high growth (i.e., marketing, HR, finance, engineering, product)

* Successful track record managing reps that have a wide array of industry and company size targets (SMB, Midmarket, Enterprise)

* Ability to demonstrate forecast accuracy and methodologies

* Able to provide examples of training programs and practices youve used to coach highly effective sales teams

* You're a team player that will not just help your direct reports but also the greater sales/ revenue team

**Bonus points if:**

* You've worked at a startup before and are adaptable to a fast-paced product environment

* You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, or you have a degree in finance

* Youve worked in or sold to verticals such as Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate, and/ or Professional Services
