Epidemiological approaches will include pharmacoepidemiology, causal inference, and Mendelian Randomization. The individual in this position will use best practices for reproducible research and version control and contribute to manuscripts and presentations of the research.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree preferred in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Genetics or related field. Programming skills in R or related statistical software, prior experience in biostatistics, statistical genetics, computational biology, or genomics. Excellent communication and writing skills and some experience and or training in high performance computing.
