Job Description:

The Performance Integrity Monitoring team, located within the Sales Practice and Conduct Risk Center of Excellence, is focused on using data to proactively identify instances of sales practice and conduct risk across multiple lines of business throughout the bank. The Data Analyst role is responsible for the collection, cleaning, and interpreting of datasets from numerous data sources. The ideal candidate will take raw data and transform it into structured datasets that can then be used for risk scenario monitoring.

Depth & Scope:

Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance to function supported

Focuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters

Independently performs tasks from end to end

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree

3+years relevant experience

Experience using Python, SQL, and Excel to analyze large datasets preferred

Ability to utilize statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights preferred

Strong communication skills, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background preferred

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or similar technical area preferred

Experience collaborating with colleagues and management to specify data requirements for analysis projects preferred

SAS programming experience preferred
