Job Overview As the first Demand generation lead in our Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to build out the outbound marketing motion in collaboration with the Sales org. You will drive SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities or MQLs) and lead the revenue goals for Marketing. In this role, you will partner closely with sales and target specific verticals and solution areas to drive engagement. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
What will you do at Transform Drive pipeline using an integrated marketing mix including email, webinars, direct mailer, events, and more.
Set the foundation of the MarTech stack and build out our lead-to-revenue pipeline.
Develop plans for specific target industries to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
Be data-driven and be willing to try out experiments to understand better what works best from a lead gen perspective.
What will you need to be successful 3+ years of experience developing & executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience with building out the marketing tech stack from scratch.
Develop a deep understanding of customers, our product, and the buyer’s journey.
Experience with early-stage startups and an experimentation mindset.
Nice to haves Experience working in an early-stage startup.
Experience working in the data space.
Managed external marketing agencies to help execute on your strategy and maximize efficiencies.
