Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for Juvare’s Unified Command Platform, focusing specifically on the U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these entities, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing plan targeting the U.S. Federal Government and DoD, including market research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring clear messaging and maximum impact of marketing campaigns.
Create compelling content (e.g., case studies, product sheets, whitepapers, blog posts) that articulates the value and benefits of WebEOC to the U.S. Federal Government and DoD audiences.
Organize and participate in events, conferences, and webinars targeted at the U.S. Federal Government and DoD, showcasing WebEOC’s capabilities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the product management team to understand product features and roadmap, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging across all marketing materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically with technology products marketed to the U.S. Federal Government and/or DoD.
Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and the unique requirements of marketing to government entities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling and clear marketing content.
Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them successfully.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, product management, and external partners.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics.
U.S. citizenship required; security clearance is a plus.
