Senior Product Manager

Our client is a mid-sized company in Scottsdale AZ and works hyrbid on site, so must be local and willing to go into an office 3 days per week.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a specialization in digital and e-commerce products to join their dynamic team in Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid 3 days on site) . In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of innovative digital solutions, driving our e-commerce initiatives forward. A strong background in Agile methodologies and a minimum of five years of experience in product ownership roles are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and e-commerce products.
Translate business objectives into actionable epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Champion the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demands, adapting to changing requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and QA to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
Define acceptance criteria and validate user stories to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver value to end-users.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in digital and e-commerce products.
Act as a subject matter expert on Agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in product management or product ownership roles, with a focus on digital, SaaS and e-commerce products.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and iterative product development environment.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.
