The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence within its manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the deployment of corporate operational strategies, overseeing key functions such as production, maintenance, R&D, and industrialization, and ensuring the seamless execution of production processes to exceed annual strategic goals and customer expectations. This role also involves planning and executing the establishment of a new manufacturing facility, driving strategic process improvements, and fostering a culture of innovation to develop products and technologies that align with global market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations, particularly within industrial environments related to the sectors of refrigeration, HVAC, food and beverage equipment, cold chain logistics, and other relevant industries.Our ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations role at the company will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing processes, maintaining energy efficiency, ensuring product reliability, and adhering to industry standards. Key responsibilities for this position include leading a team, encouraging innovation, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage change are essential. Experience with programs like SAP, lean manufacturing principles, and Industry 4.0 technologies is highly advantageous, and a Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable. The role may also require some international travel to support the company's growth strategy and the evaluation and integration of potential mergers and acquisitions.
