About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its Performance Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of operational activities within the designated industry group, ensuring alignment with the enterprise platform team. This role requires the execution of operational processes to achieve client outcomes, positive client experiences, and meet financial objectives. The Vice President will also be engaged in client pursuits, contract reviews, strategic planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading a management team, creating a strong operational culture, demonstrating strong financial acumen, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The role also involves active participation in business development, driving a culture of safety, and overseeing multiple workflows.Candidates for the Vice President of Operations role should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 12 years' of experience in overseeing both hard and soft operations for built environments. Experience in client relationship management, particularly with top-tier corporations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supplier relationship management, client/market dynamics, and effective operating principles. They should be adept at engaging clients at a senior level, leading client retention initiatives, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment are also required. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and emerging technologies in the built environment is a plus.
