The Vice President, Operations partners with operational, clinical, and quality teams to deliver high-quality telemedicine services. This includes focusing on operational quality and resource readiness while collaborating across the organization to achieve desired clinical quality and financial performance.
With direction of COO, the VP, Operations leads the operations division in identifying, prioritizing, and meeting goals to optimize and improve service delivery and capacity. This will include development of systems/tools and maintenance of standard work processes for physician and clinical schedules, capacity forecasting for established services, training and audit systems for clinical operations / call center team, user training of evolving processes, daily work instructions and Rapid Response Center workflows.

Required Experience & Skills Include :
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or related field is required.
Master’s Degree required or a combination of education and professional experience that provides requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the job.
Requiring minimum of 10 years healthcare program/service leadership experience, including scaling telemedicine services, and cultivation of a high-performance culture.
Significant experience in large, complex healthcare systems with extensive operations or digital/telemedicine/telehealth experience is required.
Experience with managing complex programs and projects, specifically with a focus on customer service, service excellence, patient experience, physician staffing and resource planning, physician practice operations.
Working knowledge and comfort with electronic medical records and telehealth intake/dispatch systems.
Experience with proven positive outcomes regarding financial sustainability initiatives, physician resource planning and service implementation.
Enjoy working hard and looking for challenges a take-charge individual who can act and react as necessary.
Competencies in teambuilding, conflict management, problem solving and critical thinking.
