Job Purpose

The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to drive and lead on marketing activities in order to achieve business objectives.

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive the growth. This is an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in the development of marketing strategy for a fast-moving company in a global marketplace.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Create and deliver the annual marketing plan in support of the business objectives, targeting profitable segments of the education market and using channel partners where appropriate.

Execute campaigns within the company's marketing budget within the target levels set and any defined phasing.

Exploit and contribute to the website and any microsites. Ensure that key target groups are encouraged to visit the site regularly and are nurtured through MQL, SQL and opportunity statuses.

Ensure all promotional material has a consistent look and feel, within the defined brand guidelines.

Manage the production of promotional material including brochures, emails and exhibition display material.

Ensure the company makes effective use of events, seminars and exhibitions.

Assist in market research, customer satisfaction surveys and competitor analysis.

Maintain the marketing elements of the company's CRM system (hubspot)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant marketing role

Content marketing experience

Leadership and people management experience

Excellent understanding of marketing and project planning techniques

Exceptional communication skills with a high standard of written English

Professional, presentable, dependable and self-motivated

Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Analytical/data-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

strong team player who brings a positive attitude to every interaction

Proven ability to work on a global scale is preferred.

This role is remote anywhere in North America
