Job Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Sr. Account Executive passionate about enabling digital transformation services to grow our business. Under the direction of our CEO, you will be responsible for identifying new customers and opportunities to support digital transformation efforts within large enterprise accounts. The best candidate for this role is one who is passionate about digital transformation services and finds a competitive compensation package with Base, Bonus, and uncapped commission exciting and rewarding.

Success in this role requires having a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for solving problems at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. This position would be for someone local to the DC metro area who can commute to targeted client sites.

What You’ll Do

The Account Executive will manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying key decision-makers and building strong relationships with customers. You will act as a “hunter” to win new “logos” and business, performing sales presentations to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing new business deals. The Sr. Account Executive will collaborate with other areas within Main Digital to develop innovative solutions to help our clients succeed and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire great Talent to provide services.

Qualifications

5+ years of quota-carrying IT professional services sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of delivering $3MM within a leveraged compensation model.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales culture.

High level of personal and professional integrity.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in digital transformation, intelligent automation, process engineering, software development, analytics, and/or IT Infrastructure/Cloud IT services. Experience with UiPath, Pegasystems, Salesforce, and/or Celonis is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a “Hunter” to develop new logo business in targeted accounts.

Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.

Identify leads via cold-calling, networking, events, and/or other sources and develop relationships with C-level executives within targeted markets and sectors.

Manage client expectations throughout the full sales cycle and closing process.

Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities by visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, and developing an understanding of client needs.
