Senior Human Resources Manager

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee multiple manufacturing plants, with primary responsibility for the Owensboro, KY location. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and involves managing HR activities such as change management, recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Qualifications:
Manufacturing background with multi-site oversight
Non-union experience and union avoidance
Engaging leadership style, visible on the plant floor
Strategic, influential, and adept in employee relations
Responsibilities:
Partner with plant managers and leadership teams
Provide advice, coaching, and guidance on HR matters
Manage employee relations, complaint resolution, and policy compliance
Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives
Develop and execute training programs and performance management
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including FLSA and EEO
Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning
Manage payroll, personnel, and medical records accuracy
Skills and Abilities:
Strong business partnering and self-management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Effective in meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and decision making
Skilled in training program development and presentation
Proficient with ADP Vantage and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 15%
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field; certifications preferred
7-10 years HR management experience in non-union manufacturing
Multi-site experience required
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop direct reports
