Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted values and purpose aligned recruitment strategies.

Create compelling job descriptions, post job openings on relevant platforms, partner with outside agencies and proactively source candidates through various channels.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers.

Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Develop hiring standards and policies in shaping the candidate and hiring manager experience and outcomes.

Talent Outcomes (Development & Management): Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent development and succession planning.

Support the performance management process by providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.

Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management, and employee development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using HRIS or applicant tracking systems.

Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

A passion for talent acquisition, talent development, and fostering a positive work culture.
