As the Talent Acquisition Partner for Distribution, you will execute full cycle high volume recruitment for multiple Distribution Centers. Here you’ll develop and oversee recruitment for this specific area of business throughout Columbia Sportswear's distribution facilities.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Partner with hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruitment and hiring strategies that yield the best hires for Columbia Sportswear.
Build “hires vs plan” strategies that are aligned to business priorities.
Track distribution funnel metrics including applications, interviews, and hires by department.
Lead recruiter supporting and driving seasonal recruitment tactics including hiring events, as needed.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, making necessary adjustments in order to meet aggressive hiring needs.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, conferences, and Columbia employees.
Utilize social media channels to find and attract talent as well as to further our employment brand.
Drive process excellence within HR and Talent Acquisition.
Educate business partners on the competitive landscape to help drive an effective hiring process.
Responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions on time and within budget.
Conduct and document pre-screening interviews and track all candidate workflows in Workday.
Responsible for preparing and delivering employment offers.
Provide timely recruiting updates to hiring team
YOU ARE
Strong lead generation skills a must with the ability to develop recruiting plans
Ability to partner, collaborate, consult, and gain trust quickly with all levels of our organization
Strong organizational skills and ability to hit milestones/deadlines.
Excellent at prioritizing work/activities each week.
Participates in on and offsite networking events
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
3 plus years Recruiting experience.
3 plus years of recruitment in high-volume Recruiting preferred.
Experience in Distribution and/or manufacturing.
