YOUR ROLE
Sales Dynamo: Sell nationwide to enterprise accounts in the federal and defense sector. Build a robust pipeline, manage intricate sales processes, and secure new customers.
Market Maverick: Monitor and analyze customer, market, and competitor trends. Utilize these insights to develop strategic action plans, driving market share and revenue growth.
Team Catalyst: Mentor, guide, and uplift junior team members. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes individual growth and collective success.
Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute strategies for account intelligence, ensuring business expansion with new and existing clients.

Proven Success: 3+ years in technical staffing with a consistent record of surpassing IT Staffing sales targets.
Sales Savvy: Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication. Proficient in managing both short and long sales cycles.
Leadership Excellence: A self-driven, organized individual with a flair for problem-solving and team building. Capable of engaging and captivating executive sponsors in enterprise setups.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Military experience is a valued addition.
