Best Buy Business Account Manager - California

Sacramento, CA, United States

As the Best Buy Business Account Manager, you’ll use a consultative selling process while leveraging tools and resources provided by Best Buy and our vendor partners. You’ll build and maintain relationships with customers, educate customers on our offerings, produce opportunities and complete successful closure of sales. This is a base pay plus commission-based role. Hours for this position vary depending on the territory that you support.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What You’ll Do

Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Use cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goals and meet customer needs

Effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities

Learn about and use internal and external resources (e.g., Navigator, Zoom info, CRM, QlikView)

Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business

Participate in contract negotiation

Basic Qualifications

2 years phone based selling experience

2 years of experience prospecting clients

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft CRM, Navigator, Zoom Info or equivalent resources

Experience selling from contracts
