A day a s a Pastry Supervisor :
Oversee and motivate the pastry kitchen production team
Support in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivity
Support airline presentations as needed (example, support with production of additional products to present to airline clients, and more)
Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations
Cover for Head of Pastry when needed, ensuring production and operations run smoothly as well as sending end of shift report
Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions
Who you are:
Possess excellent production skills for high end pastries
Knowledgeable of different techniques and cuisines
Have a hands-on approach, self-driven and a dedicated personality
Proactive and self-organized
Ab le to manage multiple priorities and meet timeline goals and deadlines
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
Ab le to accurately monitor wastag e
Flexibility (different shifts – days, nig h t s , weekends, holidays)
2 years of experience
