**Description**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide leadership and vision for the branch and guide staff to achieve individual and team goals and meet minimum performance standards as established by Distributed Retail leadership
Manage staff by communicating and directing job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures
Recruit, select, orientate, and train employees; evaluate and address staff productivity and performance; and develop personal growth opportunities for team members
Delegate workflows and monitor team pipelines and activity to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements and FGMCs code of conduct
Champion company culture, acting as a source of information and inspiration for team members
Establish metrics that drive and measure staff and department performance
Compile production and activity reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding opportunities to increase efficiencies and productivity, and implement changes
Analyze process controls to ensure accurate, complete, and timely procedures, and escalate inconsistencies and problems as necessary
Maintain ability to travel and attend local, regional, or national mortgage conferences and events when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem-solve and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
Ability to interface with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
Ability to motivate, inspire, and support staff while effectively communicating FGMCs business policies and procedures
Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field
3+ years of related sales experience in the mortgage industry within the Retail channel
Prior experience leading or supervising sales staff
Proven success in growing sales and revenue goals
Experience or exposure in managing a branch P&L
Current NMLS license in good standing in state of residence

Colorado Applicants: If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $42,296 and $63,444 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.*
