**Southern Botanical is currently looking for a Full-Time Branch Manager in the Dallas area**

**Position Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred
* Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making, and computer software systems.
* 5+ years of landscaping OR service industry experience
* 5+ years of managing multi-million-dollar operations
* Proven branch management experience or similar role
* Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
* Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
* Results-driven and customer-focused
* A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proficiency in managing crews, customer relations, selling methodologies, and technical procedures of the job.
* Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Able to implement and promote best-in-class production and sales goals.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients
* Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
* Ensure existing accounts are renewed each year and executed correctly
* Monitor branch safety records and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the company
* Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
* Meet goals and metrics
* Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
* Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
* Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
* Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and create development plan(s) for employees
**Salary, bonus, and/or commissions:** Commensurate with experience.
