This is role is on-site in Charlotte, NC, with some hybrid flexibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
Creative
Oversee all marketing activities across the various brands and on all platforms, including events, sponsorships, social media, branding + creative, advertising, content, and public relations.
Guide marketing team on development of multimedia creative to be used on all marketing platforms.
Manage the design and guidelines of the brand and its application internally and externally ensuring consistency and alignment.
Collaboratively guide creative vision for brand shoots, including photography and videography.
Manage the development of sales collateral and toolkit of on-site branding, swag, and other collateral to be used by sales and marketing.
Strategy
Develop deep understanding of our lines of business, including seasonality, client profiles, preferred product and deliver insights to the executive and corporate team.
Develop and execute a plan for traditional and innovative marketing campaigns that expand our community while increasing revenue.
Collaborate to develop vendor/partner relationship strategy and execute onboarding, annual surveys, and enhance the overall relationship of our roster.
Demonstrate a high-level understanding of SEO and AdWords analysis.
Evaluate and communicate brand's mission, vision, values as needed.
Develop budget for marketing and sales activities, monitor spend, and measure return on investment activities.
Collaborate with sales team to provide insight on sales goals by location and line of business.
Analytics
Regularly gather intelligence from our managers and local offices that help guide our marketing strategies.
Oversee consistent reporting of key metrics across all marketing platforms.
Develop market research capabilities to better understand buyer trends, demographics, and competitive activities.
Work closely with IT and technology team to influence necessary updates to CRM database to further sales close rate.
Promote data-driven decision making throughout all company marketing efforts.
Leadership
Guide internal marketing team, providing regular and consistent feedback and ensuring growth opportunities.
Review compensation of division employees, conduct performance reviews, and recommend adjustment to compensation based on KPI/performance goals.
Recommend changes to company policy, standard operating procedures or department structure as needed.
Oversee negotiation and contract renewal process of all marketing efforts.
In conjunction with managers, nurture current talent, identify future talent and oversee hiring and training of new hires.
Deliver quarterly business and project updates to the executive committee.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required, Masters or equivalent professional experience desirable.
8-10 years' experience in Marketing. Additional experience in Sales Leadership role.
Ability to travel on a limited basis (~10%).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience developing, executing, and measuring marketing and sales strategies for geographical, and line-of-business based growth.
Data-driven performer, obsessed with analytics and able to present insights for all levels of analytical understanding.
Experience in end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently.
Adept in current trends and knowledge about growth marketing.
Proven creative problem solver with ability to forecast future trends.
