Digital Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Role
As the Manager of Digital Marketing at NeoLife, your primary purpose is to oversee and execute
the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategies within a Direct-Sales model. You will
be responsible for managing our digital marketing footprint, including email, SMS, website,
distributor back office, and social media channels. Your focus will be on developing and
implementing impactful digital campaigns, optimizing our online presence, and driving customer
engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet
business needs.
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels,
including email, SMS, website, distributor back office, and social media, to support key
business objectives and initiatives.
● Lead the creative strategy and messaging development for digital marketing campaigns,
ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product, to
develop compelling digital marketing assets, such as graphics, videos, landing pages, and
social media content.
● Plan and execute digital campaigns, including drip campaigns, product launches,
promotional offers, and customer lifecycle journeys, to drive customer engagement,
retention, and conversion.
● Manage and optimize the company's website and distributor back office, ensuring an
intuitive user experience, effective lead capture, and seamless integration with other
digital marketing initiatives.
● Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content planning, community
management, influencer partnerships, and paid social advertising.
● Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates,
social media engagement, and email performance, to identify areas for optimization and
drive continuous improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital
marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance customer
experience and drive results.
● Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR
and CAN-SPAM, in all digital marketing activities.
● Provide regular reporting and insights to the VP of Digital and other stakeholders,
highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

● Extensive experience and proven track record in executing successful digital marketing
campaigns, preferably within a Direct-Sales or similar B2B2C industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, website,
distributor back office, and social media, with the ability to develop and implement
effective strategies across these platforms.
● Proficient in utilizing data analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign
performance and derive actionable insights.
● Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Increased customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue through effective digital
marketing campaigns.

● Positive feedback and alignment with brand messaging and creative assets from cross-
functional teams.
● Compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities.
● Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance and actionable insights.
Experience
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, SMS,
website, distributor back office, and social media.
● Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving
measurable results.
● Experience in Direct-Sales or similar industry is highly desirable.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.
● Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with
experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes vacation,
paid holidays, a health benefits package, and a 401(k) plan.
