THIS ROLE is a HYBRID (Remote/in office/field) POSITION THAT REQUIRES YOU TO LIVE IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA. Out of state applications will not be considered.

What You Will Be Doing: This individual will provide basic level desktop/server support (creating users, Office 365, resetting passwords, drive mapping, application support, etc.).
They will also assist in setting up email accounts on mobile devices
Installing software and configuring hardware
Basic printer/scanner setup and troubleshooting
Provide onsite and remote computer/network troubleshooting
Malware and virus remediation
Implement and maintain customer documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What You Need: We are looking for a full-time tier 1 helpdesk support tech with strong communication skills and work ethic
1-2 years help desk experience (required)
1-2 years experience with on-site and phone-based troubleshooting i.e. hardware and software) required
1-2 years' experience with hands-on Information Technology client/end-user support (required)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Office 365 and Microsoft desktop operating systems
Experience with basic network concepts (LAN/WAN/VPN), basic "Cloud" concepts and exposure to phone systems
The candidate will provide their own transportation and must posses a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and be able to work in the USA
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $38k and $40k annual pay commensurate with skill level and experience
Hybrid work structure (80% remote; 20% in office/in field)
