The company maintains offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Paris, Tokyo and Sydney. How we LEAD: Bravado is currently looking for a Creative Coordinator. The focus of this role is primarily creative operations and administration. This candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, has a knack for organization, planning, and is an expert communicator. The Creative Coordinator must have a strong passion for fashion, music, design and art. It is key that this candidate has a team player, positive attitude. How you’ll CREATE:
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Admin and Operations Duties Maintains, owns, assigns and updates the Creative Team’s schedules
Coordinates and onboards freelancer set-ups and invoicing with accounting and legal
Codes invoices in Uniport
Updates freelancer master lists and connects with freelance talent
Proof-reads creative presentations, production art files, date backs, designs, and any other creative materials
Maintains and organizes database of band/artist assets
Coordinates production of physical meeting materials, samples and scheduling
Prepares products and samples for client meetings
Assists with system logins and creating accounts (Monday.com, A primo)
Supports the Creative Management Team by collaborating with Brand Managers and Production to streamline projects with clear details before development begins
Educates the team on key software innovations (task management, trend-forecasting programs, etc.)
Collaborates with Creative Managers on project prep tasks such as researching artists, pulling product templates, and sourcing products
Shares links to approved art files, seps, mockups, and presentations
Supports VP, Head of Creative administratively (creative team expenses, scheduling, travel, etc.)
Supports Creative Directors administratively
Schedules creative meetings
Plans team events and tradeshows
Creative Creates, updates and manages artist style guides and brand guides
Updates corporate presentations
Communicates basic design briefs to graphic designers (freelance or in-house)
Mocks up artwork on products
Puts together decks for one off presentations
Creates specific spec images for retail (Target, HT glams & Plexis)
Bring your VIBE: 5 + years of relevant experience in an office environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fashion, or Communication Arts
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
Fan of and strong knowledge of music, trends, fashion, and design
Ability to collaborate with key internal team members, such as product & creative development, legal, finance, brand management, and production teams
Knowledge and skill in developing strategic business plans and budgeting
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Photography skills are a plus
