Contract Recruiter.
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth area (4 days from home a week) - The location is Dallas.
We are in Downtown Dallas and once or twice a week you will need to be onsite for a meeting.
Are you a skilled recruiter with experience in sourcing top talent for high-volume warehouse and material handler positions? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis.

Now, we're expanding our team and looking for a talented recruiter to help us meet our clients' growing needs.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for warehouse and material handler positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing requirements and identify qualified candidates to fill open roles. Must be based in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. (hybrid role)
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, status, and recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on warehouse and material handler roles.
Familiarity with high-volume recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Benefits:
