NRF has an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Events team to support the management of the sponsorship program efforts for NRF events.
Essential Functions
Coordinate, manage and maintain active sponsorships and sponsor information; ensure multiple systems are consistently accurate and current
Assist in the creation of new sponsorships including research, pricing, and timelines/production schedules
Review and proof internal and external assets to ensure technical requirements are met as well as appropriate sponsor attribution/recognition is captured (assets include digital, mobile, video, and print)
Assist with the development and execution of routine sponsor communications, including spec dissemination, deadline reminders, and sponsorship updates
General project management as needed for special sponsorship and/or event-related tasks
Generate reports from
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of tradeshow or administrative experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities efficiently
Must have excellent organizational skills, dedication to quality and be a team player
Commitment to high-quality customer service and have a customer-first mentality
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong spreadsheet and database management skills (ex: Excel, Numbers, SmartSheet, AirTable, etc...)
Familiarity with simple web updates using a WYSIWYG editor a plus
Able to identify, work with, and manage outside vendors
Ability to be flexible in working varied and additional hours as well as travel occasionally
