Provide incident management support to HHS, ACF, and OHSEPR personnel activated and deployed in support of emergency repatriation operations.

Summary:

Our organization is seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator that will coordinate with OHSEPR, state, local and non-government partners to identify resource providers to whom case managers can refer repatriates for unmet needs. Must ensure all responders are properly supported during a deployment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Track requests for resources (RFR) originating from the IMT.

Coordinate with the ERT to obtain needed resources.

Coordinating the mobilization of resources.

Support demobilization of the IMT.

Provide resource support to include obtaining and providing supplies, managing facilities, and supporting IT requests.

Supporting personnel with travel issues by coordinating with the ERT Travel Unit.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Perform data entry and aid in the retrieving of information.

Other task and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Possess an associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

1-2 years of administrative experience.

1 year of data collection and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize workload.

Logistics experience.

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Experience working in a professional service-oriented environment.

Incident management or Emergency deployment experience

FEMA courses a plus.
