Job Type: Full Time (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Compensation: $57,500-$68,000 Annual Salary

About The Role

As an Assessment and Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

Conducting comprehensive assessments of new clients and their families, and determining the most suitable level of care and programming for them

Coordinating the intake process, including obtaining necessary authorizations, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments

Collaborating with the medical and clinical staff to develop an initial service plan and admission summary for each client

Communicating effectively and empathetically with clients and their families throughout the assessment and intake process, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have

Qualifications: Must hold a provisional or clinical license: LPC / LPCC / LSW / LCSW / MFTC / LMFT

Must have previous experience working in substance use disorder treatment is strongly preferred.

All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment

Must be a collaborative team player.
