Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes website content maintenance, newsletters, event planning and digital content creation and management aimed at attracting more corporate clients to our firm.
This position is part-time (10-20 hours per week) initially, with the potential to transition to full-time as the firm grows.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance the firm visibility and attract corporate clients.
Create and manage content for newsletters, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to engage current and prospective clients.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop marketing materials and initiatives tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the firm marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms preferred but not required.
