**Transcript**I think the main keys for it is going to be hard work and fan management. So, nothing ever comes easy and you probably know this by now. And when you start off at Honeywell, especially mobilizer, it's going to be new technology, so you're going to need time to adjust and learn the things that you have to do in order to do your day to day responsibilities. Aside from that, of course, you do have to spend time in order to try and improve yourself because you're constantly challenged with your day to day responsibilities. I mean, you could be given administration tasks, leading tasks, or, you know overall trying to help out in order to make it a better organization for everyone. And lastly, of course you do need to make time for yourself because I think that's really necessary for your mental health as well as your sanity. So I think those are the key things I'd like to highlight.
