We are looking for a Chief of Staff for our Worldwide Partner & Alliance Organization. You will report to the Vice President of WW Partner & Alliances and support the achievement of key initiatives and drive the strategic agenda as we go after expedited growth in the channel ecosystem.As a key member of the WW Partner and Alliance leadership team you will advocate for the success of our business, partners, leaders and employees. You will be in a highly visible role and serve as the trusted advisor to the VP and act as a liaison to the Worldwide Field and Corporate organizations, helping to determine, manage and enable execution on the top priorities for this organization.Responsibilities:Manage Rhythm of the Business for the organization including leadership of agenda, cadence and deliverables with the Partner & Alliances Leadership team.Critical role to connect organization priorities to teams and cross-groups for execution.Work with VP on developing and managing common objective requirements of each leadership team member in relation to Partner & Alliances needs that drive business success.Oversee required preparation for all stakeholder meetings, customers, employees, media, regulators, Board of Directors, investors, etc.Develop and deliver communications strategy and lead the content for executive presentations.Participate and/or lead various forums/meetings and proxy representing leadership position cross-group when required.Lead projects and programs for/with VP ensuring strategic focus, drive alignment and facilitating decision making with cross functional teamsDrive follow through and resolution of action items from internal and external meetings.Serve as owner for the annual SP planning process in partnership with Sales Ops and Finance.Actively participate in WBR, MBR as voice of the WW Partner & Alliance organizationProvide insights and counsel on issues impacting achievement of Field GoalsRuns cadence between staff offices including administration, communications, PMO and Finance to ensure business cadence is efficient, operationalized and delivers strong execution.Requirements:Sound planning and resource leadership skills.Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables, even in the face of some ambiguityStrong interpersonal/negotiation skills, to include conflict resolution demonstrated skills in detailed problem solvingDemonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions that improve business resultsStrong understanding of partner and channel ecosystems15 yearsu2019 work experience in a tech company or related space with preferred channel strategy and/or operations experienceExperience working in channels and ecosystems and will have the proven track record to build strong and trusted relationships.Experience with influencing leaders without a leadership titleStrong teaming skills and the ability to bring together diverse views.You have a track record of consistently delivering excellent results in changing environments and be internally recognized as a strong performer with solid leadership skills.Previous experience using analytical skills to look at data and be able to identify patterns and process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner.Remote, USAWe value diversity at our company.
