About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Engineering for Digital Platforms to spearhead its digital transformation. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's innovation, driving strategic vision and execution to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the digital landscape. This role involves overseeing software platform teams, providing leadership in product strategy and technology direction, and ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. The VP will also be responsible for recruiting and developing talent, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement, and ensuring that digital security and compliance standards are met.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years' experience in advanced technology roles, focusing on digital platforms, UI/UX, and application development. A strong background in software product management, cloud technologies, content management, UI/UX frameworks, .NET, API frameworks, and eCommerce technologies is essential. The VP will be expected to provide thought leadership, drive digital engineering strategy, and lead high-performing engineering teams across various digital platforms. Experience with SEO, marketing principles, and AI usage in the digital space is also required. The role demands a proven leader with excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of handling multiple projects and aligning with C-Suite strategic goals.
