WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager - B2B/B2C Display who will be responsible for supporting the B2B and B2C monitor category within the Display division. You will require strong leadership and organizational skills to work with the team to develop integrated campaigns and GTM plans that can include activities such as digital marketing, CRM, trade shows, advertising, social campaign, enablement and press releases. You will report to the Sr. Manager on the Integrated Marketing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Own the project management and creative management of various campaigns and promotions
Manage and track integrated marketing deliverables to support monitors across our business to consumer and enterprise business division.
Partner primarily with our product marketing teams and our international teams to launch new products and sustain products in our full lifecycle.
Work cross functionally within our marketing teams to prepare for various product launches, campaigns, and promotions in both B2B and B2C monitor categories, as well as experiential and event activations.
Responsible for creative management, managing asset development, content creation, and owning the distribution and inventory process of creative assets across the display division.
Required Experience and Education: 2-4 years related experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Project management experience is a must - skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
Creative management experience is preferred - ability to organize and track creative assets, develop campaign toolkits, manage creative review and approval process.
Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High energy, works with a sense of urgency, highly responsive in a fast-paced environment along with a problem solver and an optimistic attitude.
Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.
Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
