Position Overview
We are seeking passionate Sales Managers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying companies (at both the enterprise & mid-market level), teams, and individuals that could be interested in our software/services – with the primary goal of initiating the active sales cycle though a combination of targeted outreach and inbound lead management.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets.
Follow up on inbound leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
Attain or exceed all defined metric driven quotas
Remain knowledgeable and up to date with Beyond Limits’ products and intellectual property
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree in field of Business or similar area
Experience selling technology, AI or SaaS products
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Track record of achieving or exceeding personal and team goals
Proficiency in using CRM
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position, based out of Houston or San Francisco.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is listed below as a yearly salary. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or company stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
Hiring Range
$125,000—$135,000 USD
