The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Responsibilities
The Director for Services Solution Architecture is responsible for the design and development of the business and tool information systems enabling digital services delivery. Ensures a consistent architecture and proactive governance of this development process, following the methods and standards of the KLA product lifecycle process (PLC). Works closely with all KLA Services functions in the development of the common solution roadmap.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience developing sophisticated software solutions.
Background in software engineering with proven track record of solution architecture development in an enterprise environment
Excellent people leadership skills with at least 10 years of people leadership experience
Excellent program management skills with programs involving 50+ FTEs
Ideally, profound background in enterprise applications like SAP, PLM (Enovia/Teamcenter/Windchill), Snowflake
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience OR
Bachelor's Level Degree and a minimum of 14 years of experience
