Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and cultivating opportunities to convert into paying customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive growth to drive revenue.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, partners, and internal teams.
Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on sales cycle and win rate.
Collaborate with revenue operations to analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field; or related experience required
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve peak performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
High energy and resilience, with a passion for driving results and overcoming challenges.
Experience in software or fintech industry desired
