What's the Role?
As the Head of Product for IVMS at AiDash, you will craft the vision and strategy for our key revenue-generating, flagship product: Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS).
Reporting to our VP of Product and working closely with our Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for this product portfolio. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS go-to-market sales motion and a sharp eye for product positioning and packaging.
IVMS is a deep domain vertical SaaS product, and as the Head of Product for IVMS, you will collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to create and roll out innovative products that blend AI-powered insights with simple and intuitive workflows.
What will you do?
Develop and drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market insights, customer needs, and the latest AI/ML capabilities
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to growth, enabling large enterprises to optimize operations and enhance resiliency
Strategize and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on distribution and pricing
Own the product roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, effectively managing short-term and long-term trade-offs
Define and drive key metrics around adoption and usage, partnering with customer success to gather and leverage customer feedback
What are you we looking for? 10-12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups
Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products or platforms that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation
Expertise in employing product strategy, product sense and design thinking, to develop robust products. Experience working with AI/ML and Data Science techniques will be a plus
Proven experience in building B2B (or B2C) SaaS products with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience building Ai/ML-enabled products will be a plus
Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions
Position Location: This position is available in San Jose, CA. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our San Jose office location
