Development Accountant - Real Estate Investment ($90k-$95k)
Our client, a real estate investment firm, is looking to hire a Development Accountant. The company has been committed to creating customized solutions to allow their clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Compensation of $90k-$95k/ year
10% bonus
Onsite shifting to Hybrid set up

Responsibilities
All day to day accounting needs and active development projects of the company
Provide detail and assist in the preparation of Development Project Financial Modeling/Forecasting, Annual Development company budgeting and Quarterly Project Budget Reforecasting
Thorough understanding of all construction contracts, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents and other relevant legal documents
Assist the Financial Controller with other accounting duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP
3-5 Years of Development Accounting experience
CPA or public accounting experience preferred
