About The Opportunity
A long-standing and prominent investment and management firm based in Boston, MA is looking for a Senior Real Estate Accountant to join their growing team
For nearly three decades, the company has been a national leader in the commercial real estate private equity industry with more than $12 billion in investment
You will oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying the company’s financial transactions
Senior Real Estate Accountant Responsibilities
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Review of tenant operating and real estate tax escalations
Responsible for the review of all monthly fixed assets, recurring billings and lease log
Senior Real Estate Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
3 to 5 years accounting experience; Big 4 is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, with very strong attention to detail
