About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a portfolio accountant with a famous company in the real estate industry located in Boston, MA

You will be a part of a team that focuses on serving their clients and customers
Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities
Responsible for review of monthly property financial reports from operating partners for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
Responsible for the compilation of investor reporting requirements, including all necessary supporting schedules
Assists in monitoring property cash flows and facilitating investment capital calls and distributions
Assists with accounts payable and other related corporate accounting matters
Portfolio Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree, and CPA a plus
3+ years relevant industry experience required, familiarity with NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards, public accounting and/or senior housing operating experience a plus
Experience with Yardi accounting software a plus
