Job Description
Managing a team of KYC (know our customer) Specialists. Each KYC Specialists has their own business line assigned portfolios. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring the team is maintaining a high degree of knowledge of appropriate regulatory regulations, U.S. Bank policy and procedures for corporate and commercial banking customers. Incumbent reviews KYC records based off the portfolio’s assigned to team ensuring KYC records are reflecting our customers accurately. Incumbent will assist with escalations, which may consist of meeting with business line leaders, as well as customers directly. Incumbent may be asked to lead or join projects pertaining to KYC systems, policy, and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Five to eight years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Good knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations
Thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations and procedures related to the business unit
Strong organization, analytical and project management skills
Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $83,810.00 - $98,600.00 - $108,460.00
