In addition to our core operations, we provide comprehensive marketing services to various other business units. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our shared services agency model, ensuring top-tier marketing support across all business units.
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand recognition for Revmo and all other business units. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in marketing, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional advertising.
Manage the shared services agency model, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation and service delivery.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Utilize data-driven insights to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Drive brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and business units.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Leverage growth hacking techniques to uncover and produce leads using the latest lead generation tactics, tools, and technologies.
Utilize deep knowledge of marketing data to drive insights and strategies.
Implement and manage technology-savvy marketing strategies leveraging the latest MarTech tools to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Experience with demand generation for B2B SaaS and B2B AI-enabled SaaS solutions is essential.
Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience working at a marketing agency is highly desirable.
Proven track record in demand generation for B2B SaaS and B2B AI-enabled SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
Deep knowledge of marketing data and the ability to leverage it for strategic decision-making.
Tech savvy with a thorough understanding of the MarTech landscape to maximize the use of the latest tools and technologies for optimal ROAS.
Proven success in driving significant pipeline growth and revenue generation, as demonstrated by experience in previous roles such as Director of Demand Generation, VP of Demand Gen & Growth Marketing, and Head of Marketing.
Experience in integrated marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, web, and content.
