Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Supply (headcount) Planning Analyst to join the Intuit Modern Operations Supply Planning Org. This role requires someone with strong analytical + planning skills and business acumen who will work with stakeholders and internal partners. Some examples of tasks include calculating workload using forecasted volume and contact center metrics (trending and budgeted); long term headcount planning based on workload, network costs, scale, flexibility and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytic background that enables them to manage internal network staffing, a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about Intui's initiatives and the ability to work with internal teams to build consensus on objectives.

Responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business. Responsibility to ensure that a business’s structure is meeting top output efficiency. Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible. Responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems. Responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources. Responsible for advising on the allocation of resources in such a way that minimizes waste and maximizes efficient use and profitability. Their positions are ongoing requiring multiple follow ups on completed work and flexible availability for future consultation. Must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least fundamental understanding of software coding. They must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills. Business system analysts must be prepared to address any concerns that arise during any restructuring of existing systems and adequately explain advantages and disadvantages to any stem changes made under their supervision. Determine solutions to business software/hardware system problems. Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used. Work with clients to determine their business needs to transform them into information technology system requirements.

Skills:

Work in partnership with Operations/Service Delivery, Change Management, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Training, Outsource Partners and Finance leadership, to drive the strategic direction of supply planning (long-term).

Optimize headcount capacity for the business by balancing customer experience/service levels, employee experience, operational flexibility, and cost effectiveness

Analyze drivers of significant demand forecast misses and work with forecasting team to continuously improve signals

Analyze drivers of significant misses of supply assumptions and work with service delivery to continuously optimize assumptions

Review and analyze productivity metrics for headcount planning, track and review improvements to these metrics

Access data from various sources (such as relational databases, distributed data sources and third party data capture tools) and create analyses using visualization tool to share customized insights with business and analytics partners. Prototype data sets used in reporting and analyses. Will be responsible for providing analytical partnership for aligned functional group and clearly communicating insights to senior leaders and collaborating cross data teams to drive broader data improvements.

Will identify insights-based business opportunities, partner on initiative design, oversee initiative execution and track business outcomes. Will apply business acumen and analytical skills to provide direction at each phase of varied business initiatives they support.

Must-haves/Required Skills:

Headcount/Inventory/Supply Planning

Ability to partner, create and communicate headcount planning with internal and external partners and finance operations

Strong Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and creating executive analysis from data set

This is a HYBRID role to SDG.

Interview Process: 1st 30 minute2nd- 60+ minutes

Education:

Preferred, but not required: Data Science 2: Machine Learning, Business Intelligence Systems, and Management
