Job Responsibilities
Calculate workload using forecasted volume and contact center metrics for long-term headcount planning.
Identify and address efficiency and profitability issues by restructuring business aspects and resource allocation.
Work closely with Operations/Service Delivery, Change Management, Finance, and other teams to drive the strategic direction of supply planning.
Analyze and continuously improve demand forecast and supply assumptions.
Access and analyze data from various sources to share insights and improve productivity metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge and experience in Headcount/Inventory/Supply Planning.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for executive data analysis.
Excellent partnership and communication abilities for internal and external collaboration.
