Responsibilities

Manage Treasury activities for the company.
Oversee preparation of payroll, manage A/R and A/P functions.
Lead role in managing external independent audit of Company’s financial statements.
Update/maintain accounting policies & procedures, support strong internal controls & consistent quality of financial results.
Qualifications
~7-10 years of extensive financial and accounting experience including direct responsibility for complex, global financial closing, and consolidation processes.
Strong accounting and financial acumen including experience interpreting and applying U.S. GAAP and other technical authoritative guidance for financial reporting both domestically and in other countries, as applicable.
Highly disciplined individual with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to all deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis requirements.
Collaborative and proactive individual with demonstrated ability to interface with various cross-functional teams on a global basis.
Team player with high emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking and prioritizing various roles and responsibilities.
Demonstrated hands-on approach, willingness to do whatever is necessary to fulfill internal and external customers’ needs from an accounting and financial perspective.
Strong leadership skills with focused commitment to develop direct reports professionally.
Physical Requirements
No significant physical requirements.
Able to walk up flights of stairs in and around Corporate Office or other locations.
Periodic air travel may be required to Company locations.
